MOD NEEDED. URGENT. Amazon charged the wrong amount from the card. The balance didn't even zero afterwards.

I don't know how Amazon keeps finding ways to charge more from us every single time.

On Dec 8th, Amazon charged my card with an amount that's more than the negative balance. But they did not stop there. Even after charging my card, the balance was still negative. Meaning that it did not Zero out as it was supposed to. Please help. I have opened case #14442292491 but as usual, we sellers do not deserve to be answered by humans, so we remain stuck between transfers and automated replies.
