ASTM F963-17 vs ASTM F963-23

I have multiple products that have been deactivated and the documentation is getting rejected because they have ASTM F963-17 testing and not ASTM F963-23. These items were manufactured before 2024, I thought the ASTM F963-17 was still acceptable? If it is how do we go about getting our documentations approved?

Hello @Seller_RS2Fi6WeRfs8o,

Thanks for providing the case ID. It appears that there has been an update to the policy which requires ASTM F963-23 testing for all children's toys now. However, I am contacting the compliance team to see if our policy has been updated and requesting they review your case again.

I will follow up as soon as I have more information.

Have a great weekend!
