FDA's labeling requirements
I have received a request from Amazon stating that the following detail pages have been removed from our catalog because "This product has been identified as an unapproved product that does not meet the FDA's labeling requirements." However, all the products I sell, whether they have reached customers or are in the FBA Amazon warehouse, have labels in English that comply with FDA's labeling requirements.
For some products, when listing them on Amazon Seller, I uploaded images of our products, while for others, I used existing images. In reality, all the products meet FDA's labeling requirements. How can I appeal to Amazon to avoid deleting listings and affecting the health of my account?
Please help.

When it comes to Restricted Product Policy violations, some of the information in the listing can be the issue, which also include pictures and keywords utilized through out the listing. I urge you to visit the following help page if you have not already for Restricted Products which has links for the FDA compliance and references.
You mentioned that for some of the listing images you uploaded your own, and for others, you used existing images. For the existing images, did they meet the FDA labeling requirements? Are the images of the labels in the listing in English?
I suggest to check the product detail pages for ASINs effected to check if the uploaded images are in English. If they are not, then adding images that meet the requirements will help with the resolution. I also suggest creating a preventative plan so you can avoid similar violations moving forward.
