Amazon does not help to remove Chinese counterfake sellers
Our listings are followed by Chinese sellers. Their products are counterfeit and low quality. We do the test buy and prove those items are fake but Amazon does not take any action. Here is the situation:
Amazon support asks us to report at "Report Abuse" page.
1. We have to put order ID.
2. We have to choose ASIN which are counterfeit.
3. If we don't choose ASIN, the case cannot be opened. But if we choose ASIN, of course, the products are ours and those are genuine.
But the problem is ASIN is ours. Those Chinese dodge sellers send the inventory to FBA using FNSKU. But we cannot report FNSKU.
Therefore, it is endless loop as the support keeps on replying same message.
Customers buy those cheap counterfeit items and leave negative feedback to our ASIN.
I don't think Amazon does not know this issue but why Amazon does not take action to protect us and customers?

Thank you for bringing this to us on the Forums, @Seller_WVmYXq7lzvLDk!
One clarifying question I have for you: do you have a fully registered Trademark? Reporting counterfeits requires this and if you do not have one, there's a separate route we can take.
Since Amazon requires Sellers on the listing to sell accurate products on those pages, I recommend going to Report Abuse and selecting "An abuse issue that is not addressed by the other topics in this menu" and focus on the fact that the product you received does not match with the listing itself!
Happy to answer any questions you may have!
