Reprint label option not available, Amazon claims I purchased it from a 3rd party but did not
We purchase all of our labels on Amazon. 1 order did not print out so I went back to reprint and the option to refund or reprint label was not available. I called Amazon to fix the issue and have been on the phone with 2 people who claim they can not help me because internally it says the label was purchased from a 3rd party. It was not. Its an expensive order so I need to purchase shipping through Amazon. When I go to edit shipment, I cant repurchase a label although no tracking shows up. If I cancel my performance is dinged, but they claim they cant cancel it on their end. Has this happened to anyone else? so irritating.

The Rep was correct. When printing labels on the Amazon site, the label is printed and monies paid to different 3rd party shippen's. It is all automated, and Resp have no control.
We have misprinted labels every day and have always been able to reprint the label.
If no tracking shows up, either the label was not printed, or you canceled the purchase.
