Expired Product complaint
A customer complaint stated "The expiration date is not visible in the packaging" ,As seen in the picture, the product and its expiration date are written on the product. I don't know how the customer misread this. I sent this picture to Amazon, but as evidence, Amazon is asking me of the dialogue with the customer. The customer has not contacted me and I do not have an e-mail address to reach him. What can I do in this case?

Hello @Seller_Vwllr688rT5VH,
Thank you for posting here on the Forums.
I see that you have questions about how to successfully dispute an expired product condition complaint.
I have taken a look at the expiration date that you have posted and it seems that this does not match up with the date format requirements in the Expiration dates on FBA products help page. For example:
For products other than medical devices, acceptable date formats are:
* MM-DD-YYYY
* MM-YYYY
* Numeric date formats are preferred. However, dates with an alphabetical abbreviation for the month (for example, DD-JAN-YYYY) are also acceptable.
I understand that the complaint said the "expiration date was no visible on the packaging", which is obviously not the case, however, to have this resolved properly the date must adhere to the format requirements and the dispute evidence must be provided for the violation to be resolved.
Have you requested an FBA bin check to make sure that there are no discrepancies with your products? If so, you must provide the bin check ID in your dispute for supporting evidence.
If the expiration date on your products do not meet the requirements, the violation may not be eligible for resolution.
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here for further guidance. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
