Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. I buy my products from an authorized dealer in Turkey. The invoice for my products is available and the products are original. My supplier is authorized by the brand. Authorization certificate is available. I am appealing to have my account reactivated.

I have an invoice for my sales for 365 days.

Payment documents available

Order confirmation form available

Supplier's authorization certificate is available

Even though I submitted all these documents, they say they do not have enough information to reactivate my account. I would be glad if you help me in this regard

Buying from a distributor that is authorized to sell in Turkey does not automatically mean that they are authorized to sell to the US (or other) market. Many companies have geographical exclusives; a certain distributor may have the rights to Europe, another has exclusive rights for US, and still another has exclusive rights for Asia, etc.

Do you have authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon? Are the items you are selling identical to the products sold by the brand in the US? Are your products even properly labeled for sale in the US?

Hi there @Seller_gddNhnWyZT5tc,

Thank you for utilizing the Seller Forums!

"Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. "

I understand you have questions regarding your account.

"I buy my products from an authorized dealer in Turkey."

From what I can understand here, there was a concern about the authenticity of your products. I would like to provide insight to the applicable policy here as well as resources for you to utilize as you move forward.

All buyers trust that they are able to locate and purchase the products as they are advertised. This will include providing authentic items and ensuring you- and your supplier- have the proper authorization to sell the items in question. In addition to this, it is also important to remember that all sellers agree to remain complaint with local, state, and federal laws alongside Amazon policies.

How did you verify that your supplier was authorized to sell these branded products?

"Buying from a distributor that is authorized to sell in Turkey does not automatically mean that they are authorized to sell to the US (or other) market. @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw has made excellent points here.

It might do well to consider if you needed authorization to sell these products as well. This will include a letter of authorization or a licensing agreement directly from the brand, to you as the seller. In these agreements, there will be the scope of grant of license and conditions, if any, for exercising the rights so licensed.

I would also like provide this help page and urge you to compare your invoices to the requirements on that page, if this information was requested.

What information was requested from you in the performance notification? Feel free to post that information here after removing personal information.

All the best,

Stevie.

Hello @Seller_gddNhnWyZT5tc,

Thank you for providing further information, for us to review.

"No documents other than the above documents were requested. I think I sent all the requested documents. Can you help me with what additional documents I need to send to reactivate my account?"

If you have provided all of the requested documents and the submission was rejected, either the review team was unable to verify the information you have provided, or the documents submitted did not meet our document requirements. If any of the information is unable to be validated or does not meet our requirements, the submission may be denied and we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue. I suggest to double check your documents with our requirements to make sure they match up.

Would you be able to obtain a letter of authorization from the brand in question that grants you permission to sell their products, and utilize their intellectual property? This would be a document that can aid in the potential reactivation of your account, if found valid and accepted.

Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here in this thread for further guidance.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
