FBM can no longer ship to Puerto Rico with Amazon Buy Shipping.
So it appears FBM can no longer ship to Puerto Rico through Amazon shipping. Amazon just shows there are no carriers available to ship to Puerto Rico. Should we cancel all orders from there?? It takes a lot of extra time to ship offsite and there is no protection.
This is so frustrating. Amazon took 2 more months to switch over to Ground Advantage than all the other platforms we sell on. (All of which had Zero Glitches). Here there is a new problem every few days.

I am having the same problem. The other day it would only allow me to use Priority Mail and I had to cancel. I am guessing this is some sort of holiday BS where Amazon doesn't want to cover packages that are late or undelivered. I bet it continues through the holidays then reverts to normal. We are going to drop PR shipping for the time being. I don't see any other options.

Amazon Buy Shipping is notoriously wonky on Sundays. Wait until tomorrow, and see if it sorts itself out. If not, purchase postage elsewhere, and copy the tracking number to confirm your shipping. (downside is that you lose Amazon protection for INR).

UPDATE: I escalated this issue to our partner team with a few Order IDs affected by this issue. If other sellers are continuing to have this issue, or have the Order IDs affected this morning and over the weekend, I can include those in my request.
