Ripped off by Fedex

I bought shipping from Fedex for $27 through Amazon to ship a box of books. 2 weeks later Amazon took $166 out of my account because FedEx said the shipping was actually $237. I went back to the FedEx annex where I dropped off the package. They told me they would have charged me $93 to ship the box. No help fom Amazon. Can&#39;t get anyone from FedEx to answer the phone. Anyone else been ripped off like this? I will never use FedEx to ship again or except a package from them. Ripped off and Mad as hell.
