Ripped off by Fedex
I bought shipping from Fedex for $27 through Amazon to ship a box of books. 2 weeks later Amazon took $166 out of my account because FedEx said the shipping was actually $237. I went back to the FedEx annex where I dropped off the package. They told me they would have charged me $93 to ship the box. No help fom Amazon. Can't get anyone from FedEx to answer the phone. Anyone else been ripped off like this? I will never use FedEx to ship again or except a package from them. Ripped off and Mad as hell.

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to help. I think this may be due to Carrier shipping correction charges. When you purchase shipping services, the carrier charges are based on the information you provide for the package. Did you buy this through the Buy Shipping tool?
