Georgia Sales and Use tax

I'm new seller here,

Created a account as individual seller as month back and now I have my LLC registered,

Do we need state of georgia Sales & Use Tax license ?

what do I answer here - Is this account for the sole purpose of reporting sales facilitated by you as a marketplace facilitator on behalf of other sellers?

If you want to run a business -- yes. And if you sell on Amazon you are running a business.

Amazon collects and remits all sales tax, but sellers may have to tile anyway. Check with your state to find your filing responsibilities.

But you must have a seller license / resale permit -- whatever it is called for your state. You cannot deal with a wholesale supplier without that.
