Georgia Sales and Use tax

I'm new seller here,

Created a account as individual seller as month back and now I have my LLC registered,

Do we need state of georgia Sales & Use Tax license ?

what do I answer here - Is this account for the sole purpose of reporting sales facilitated by you as a marketplace facilitator on behalf of other sellers?

|Yes or No

Thanks in Advance :)

If you want to run a business -- yes. And if you sell on Amazon you are running a business.

Amazon collects and remits all sales tax, but sellers may have to tile anyway. Check with your state to find your filing responsibilities.

But you must have a seller license / resale permit -- whatever it is called for your state. You cannot deal with a wholesale supplier without that.

Hi there and welcome to the community! I see that this is your first post with us here on the forum. Thank you @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blfor hopping in here as well - much appreciated!

While I am unable to provide specific tax advice, I have provided several resources below with more information on Amazon tax guidelines.

After review, if your question is still unanswered, I recommend that you create a case to Seller Support with your question and they can engage the Tax department.
