PLAYING GOD WITH PRICES, THEY DON'T EVEN RESEARCH OR COMPARE!

I sent this request to "seller support to try to get someone's help now for about the 8th or 9th time.

REQUEST: Please remove the "Too High Price" on the ASIN:# 0199181365 I have researched the Book on other websites- Bookfinder, and my price is WELL within the parameters of the book throughout the internet.

I WAS LIKE WHAT???

They CONTINUALLY do this (it went from 100+ deactivations now 2 days later I have over 200+ listings deactivated as of now for too high pricing) sometimes it's within a $1 of another listing, sometimes it's even LOWER than other listing of the same ASIN even though I research EVERYONE of my specialty books and Bibles.

The first CSR requested I send her my research process and what I based my pricing on. I wrote out a whole page of how I research my books and my one-of-a-kind Bibles. The Customer Service rep then asked to send her all the ASIN's that are deactivated. I took 2 hours to do this. She then replied by saying I needed to prove my pricing research on every one of the ASIN #'s that are deactivated because they didn't have the capabilities to do that!

I told her it was her job to show me what research parameters they're working from and how they set high/low prices. The next thing I know the case was closed and I have not been able to get ANYONE to actually help me. I request calls that NEVER happen, but yet they will put in notes saying "I'm sorry we got cut off in the middle of our conversation. I have screen shots and emails of this happening 9x's now when I request a call my phone still never rings. I have checked my blocked numbers and there are none from amazon (206) area code. I even received a phone call from Amazon for an account issue about a month ago, then afterwords I asked if I could speak to someone about this, but I was told I had to use the case log system. But at least I KNEW FOR SURE THEY HAD MY RIGHT NUMBER AND IT WORKS. Passing the buck and continually ignoring my situation is just incredible I'm so sick and tired with this happening, does anyone have any ideas that could please help?
