Valid tracking rate - Cainiao - Amazon claim that I add valid tracking after delivery (Amazon case ID. CASE 15758949791)
I am having issues with my valid tracking rate, I use Cainiao to ship my products, and I add valid tracking right after shipment. Amazon says that the reason my orders don't have valid tracking is because I add the tracking after delivery, but that is simply not true as i check my orders everyday, and add tracking right after shipment and long before delivery. I tried to appeal this numerous times now, but I just keep on getting standard paragraphs about how to keep my valid tracking rate above 95%. I am following all the policies, including adding tracking before delivery, even though Amazon say i don't. I really don't know what to do now, it seems like it is just a matter of time before i get my category suspended. Help would be appreciated, I am attaching images of how I add the tracking.

The carrier may sometimes delay in providing information about their shipments. When the system tries to obtain data from the tracking number you provided, it may show the tracking number as invalid if the carrier has not yet updated the information. Are you monitoring to ensure the tracking numbers you are providing are functioning correctly and displaying accurate shipment details?

FINALLY! Another seller who is having issues with this because after so many cases with SS and few threads on forum, it feels like I am the only one who is experiencing this nightmare with Cainiao trackings....
@Seller_6Cwup2XhLLOuE, you can calm down - your category will be suspended and your VTR will drop even more. It happened to me already few times and first time I have even admitted of what I wasn't even guilty for.
I have been into very long and exhausting talks with SS but even after a 3 months of "investigation" they still comes back with very same answer that "we must use correct Regex tracking ID". C'mon, it's not the investigation - Amazon technicians just don't have the answer why their system is not recognizing Cainiao trackings!
I have been telling them again and again that there IS NOT OTHER TRACKING ID and official tracking number has been accepted in every single other tracking site but only not on Amazon.
