FBA Inventory is "Available FBA" but not Prime-Eligible
Has anybody else experienced their inventory becoming "Available FBA" but not Prime-Eligible? I have been dealing with loads of inventory that never becomes Prime-Eligible and it's robbing me out of thousands of dollars. And before you ask...no these items are not still in FC Transfer. I have a ASIN that has been in stock for over 2 months and STILL has not become Prime-Eligible. While this might not seem like a big deal, I have not won the Buy Box once in the entire 2 months that I have been in stock. Guess who has won the Buy Box over the last 2 months...the Prime-Eligible offers. This concern isn't something that just slows down business, but completely ruins it. I have good stock, lowest price, good reviews, everything is in check. This listing sells 50+ times a month as well. This is not the only ASIN either. I have reached out to support and they haven't done anything. I am told that issues will be resolved but without a time frame (I assume never). On the other hand, inventory that does go Prime-Eligible flys off the shelf. It almost is like a complete gamble when sending in FBA shipments nowadays. Not to mention, when items aren't Prime Eligible, they take around 4-5 days to arrive after purchase. This gives no reason to send FBA inventory completely if I can FBM faster than that. Amazon takes their percentage per sale, but won't even make your units Eligible for competition between other offers...completely blows my mind. Is there any way around this, or do I completely shift my entire business to FBM?

@Seller_pOWo42uAq8c68 Hello there! Would you mind sharing a recent Seller Support Case ID on this issue for us to take a look at on our end? We would want to ensure there isn't any systematic issues causing the inventory to not be labeled as Prime-Eligible.
Feel free to reply to this thread once you have that Case ID handy!
Thank you,

This is happening to us as well. The listed prices that we have for most of our products are the lowest, and the inventory is in FBA. However, none of them are showing PRIME.
