My brand registry application is in "pending review" for last three months. I dont have any idea how long this should take and i tried to contact brand registry support team but in vain. any member of support team, could please resolve my issue?

I see the case may have been closed prematurely so I've reached out to the enrollment team to have them manually reject it which will allow you to reapply! As soon as I hear back from them, I'll let you know.
