3 of my ASINs (B01N22CM3F, B0B25M3XGT, B0CDQJLDKX), including my best seller which does over $7m/yr in sales are deactivated due to "product detail page tampering". I am appealing with account health and they're saying my ASINs breach bundling policy. But this is an error. The bundling policy was updated on Dec 3, 2024 to include an exception for gift baskets.

This is the news article with the gift basket exception and in the discussion, @Jim_Amazon- who I understand is a member of the bundling program management team, said that my ASIN (B01N22CM3F) is considered a gift basket and is permitted to bundle. He also specifically said a browse node like mine "Grocery & Gourmet Food > Food & Beverage Gifts > Assortment & Variety Gifts" would be fine and that "assorted snacks" are an example of a gift basket bundle.

So these violations are unfair and not acknowledging this gift basket exception. I am trying to appeal and getting the same pasted response again and again. Account health says they can't tell me anything and seller support tells me to contact account health. This is very urgent because my entire $15m/yr seller account is at risk.
