Difficulty with Amazon Puzzle Verification When Creating New Seller Account

I am currently in the process of creating a new Amazon seller account, but I’ve encountered an issue with the "Solve this puzzle to protect your account" feature. Despite several attempts, I am unable to successfully complete the puzzle, which is preventing me from proceeding with the account registration. Additionally, I tried using the audio option, but unfortunately, the audio quality is poor, making it difficult to understand and follow the instructions.

Is there any alternative method or option to bypass or skip this step so I can continue with the registration process? I am eager to start selling on Amazon, but this puzzle verification is proving to be a significant obstacle. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to help me resolve this issue.

Unfortunately there is no way to bypass or skip the puzzle verification. That mechanism is set in place to protect sellers and customers.

Have you tried from another browser or device, have you tried clearing your browser's cache+cookies?

If you try all the above, and still face the same issue, you can give our seller app a go to create your account first and then you can login from your computer at a later time.
