I think I was hacked by scammers from Amazon and marketing company- scammers,
Amazon deactivate my account 28 of March 2024 because belives wrong that "This product has been identified as Daflon, a prescription only medication". In the same time, some marketing companies looks like German and US, but all fake indian facebook accounts, start to contact on facebook and ask me "why my product is not active on Amazon and if I need some help?" I never ask them for any help. Their profile showed that they work for Amazon.com, but all was fake, so I blocked them.
From first day I explain Amazon specialist team that they are wrong, that my product is dietary supplement, I provide them all evidence and I contact with FDA about all situation- I create 4 cases in FDA to make sure of status of product. I also provide evidence to Amazon:
- health certificate/ free sale certificate dietary supplement
- maufacturer invoice of dietary supplement
- GMP and ISO Certificate
- FDA opinion that my product is dietary supplement, and even that Daflon is not a "prescription only medication" in US,
and many more evidence. In last 100 days I create many appeals, always same answer "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time"
Never, nobody even try to proof what they belive. Even one evidence that my product is "prescription only medication" in US. you can check all drugs in FDA database. In one conversation "specialist" was telling me that he spoke "even with his teacher of chemistry" that and he said this is medicine !!!
In another conversation, "specialist" explain that "medicover website show it is medicine" later I realised it was fake website of medicover in India. Anther "specialist" explain me that in pharmacy (in india) it i written that this is US medicine !!
its some joke this specialists? !!
Now they return my inventory (other product), 100 days no sale, wasting hundreds of hours with "specialist" who cant do nothing... They charge me return cost, I have sport event and I cant distribute my product to clients and redistributors, I lost my contract and reputation so far in business with Amazon.
All believes of this specialists are LIE !!! It is some scam or AI gap ?
Why they deactivate my account- listing that I didnt have inventory- they could only deactivate this listing, if they have some believes about product.
If Amazon is not prepared to do busienss, use monopolu power, I will file a report with the Bureau of Better Business, Federal Trade Commission and local law enforcement and FBI because its looks like some scam of "external team" from different counry.
Is anybody in Amazon can help me ? You can check my appeals, I can also send you emails from FDA confirm dietary supplement status of my product in US, and that dietary supplements dont have NDC.
