How to proof Amazon that my product is dietary supplement not a prescription only medication as they believe ?
Amazon deactivate my account believed that listing I create is "prescription only medication"
I send to specialists from Amazon evidence:
- invoice from manufacturer- show status of product dietary supplement
- label, box of product pictures
- health certificate, free sale certificate
- GMP Certificate and ISO
- screenshot of email, case number, officer from FDA with information that my product is dietary supplement
- manufacturer website of product, wikipedia information
all evidence proof status of my product in US. 90 days "specialist" never show any proof of their believes.
All my inventory other product is removed.
I think I am hacked by some scammers, or AI ?
