Print shipping label 4x6 using rollo. But some texts are faintly printed
Hi,
I am printing shipping label via Amazon Buy Shipping. The Rollo printer is brand new, and I've set the printing density to the highest level. Nevertheless, the label's quality remains less than satisfactory. I would greatly appreciate any advice you may have

We use a Zebra and found that we needed to print the labels directly from Adobe Acrobat Reader. For some reason the PDF was clearer.

Hi @Seller_NE3UNsc0AIfut,
Right now the label printing for buy shipping is having a few issues. We haven't seen this specific issue yet but it may be related. The team is planning to push out a fix as soon as possible for label creation.
Best,
Dominic

Google "How to make rollo printer darker". There are some helpful videos to solve this problem I can't post non-Amazon links here, or I would direct you to some specifics. I had to adjust mine not long ago, and it really helped print quality :-)

You need to get the amazon print connect
Amazon Print Connect
Use Amazon Print Connect (APC) to print Buy Shipping labels directly to your thermal and laser printers. With APC, you can:
Select a preferred printer to print all your Buy Shipping labels.
Print labels directly to your preferred printer.
Print to Zebra thermal printers with native ZPL label format.
Note: Amazon Print Connect (APC) does not support one-click Bulk Buy Shipping. Install and use QZ Tray for one-click Bulk Buy Shipping. You do not need to uninstall Print Connect to install and use QZ Tray.

I had a similar issue with my wireless Rollo. I don't remember exactly what was done but Rollo support helped. The tech support I got was surprisingly good and quick if contacted during business hours.

I have a Zebra, not a Rollo, so can't offer direct help. However, I'll mention that when we changed the brand of label we were using, it took a SIGNIFICANT change in the settings to get it to print dark enough.
If you can't get it to work, possibly try a different brand of label. And if you figure out anything, be sure to post your solution here, so that others with the same problem can find out how to fix it.

Try cleaning the rollo printheads with a alcohol pad, may have some debris on it.

we uses Zebra GX430T, no issues, we hated rollo printers

Have you tried slowing down the printing speed? I also use a Rollo (love it!) and changing the speed helped me with the same issue... good luck!

So, as @The_SemiTruckGuy suggested, I installed Amazon Print Connect, and maybe Amazon improved something in printing the label.
Today, I printed another buy shipping label. It was printed nicely, no more fainted texts.
I am happy.
Thanks, @The_SemiTruckGuy
