IUSP is just not giving delivery appointment to my carrier.
Hi everyone,
I am having an issue with my AWD IUSP delivery. It has been shipped and received in the USA but my freight forwarder is NOT able to get an estimated delivery date to ship them to AWD and I am not able to get an appointment. I trusted AWD in this crucial holiday season, putting all my profits into buying holiday season's inventory but just not able to get AWD to get an appointment from IUSP. I am sure IUSP would have some good reasons like capacity constraints for delaying the appointment but it has been a long time since we are trying to get an appointment. I should have had my inventory spread across all FBAs by now but sadly it has not been even allowed to be delivered yet. Please help me with getting a delivery appointment at IUSP

Upon talking to Amazon Seller Support, they are simply saying that since it is not an amazon partnered carrier, there is little they can do and they will try to work with another department to see how they can help.
