Urgent: ASIN Misclassified Regarding FDA Labeling Requirements | APPEAL Denied

CASE #15690461951

Dear Mods, I am writing to urgently address a critical issue regarding one of our ASINs, specifically our fuel treatment for gas/diesel engines. Despite our product being correctly labeled as per EPA regulations and not falling under the categories of Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, or Drugs, it has been mistakenly flagged as not meeting FDA labeling requirements.

This misclassification is highly detrimental to our business. Our product is EPA-registered, adheres strictly to its labeling guidelines, and has been designed with meticulous attention to detail to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

To expedite resolution, I have attached comprehensive visual documentation of both the product and its packaging, clearly demonstrating compliance with all relevant standards. Given the urgency and the potential impact on our operations, I kindly request your immediate assistance in escalating this matter to a senior level within Amazon.

See that sticker on the top that says kills bacteria and slime. Thats your culprit. This is something that is well known and has been for a long time. If you have not studied the list of key words that trigger the AI bots then you should. Because no argument you make is going to get past the AI who sees triggers in your listings. You'll need to fix the listing before you can move forward.

Hi there @Seller_ZRl2jImJfnYfJ,

I'm inclined to agree with @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSx that what is happening is your product is making Pesticide Claims. You will need to either remove the claims from your product and detail page or you will need to ensure your product has appropriate EPA documentation. You can learn more on the Pest control products and pesticides help page.

Thank you for your understanding.
