Amazon Store: Someone else's listing is showing

I created my Amazon store two weeks ago; updated my listings this past weekend, and now, four days later when I visit my store page, someone else has a product listing there. In essence, they used my ASIN, so when I post a specific ASIN it pull her listing and not mine...no help from Seller Central or Store support. Can someone help me understand why someone else's "sold by/shipped by" product is appearing in my store? And how can I change it if the store listing look-up is based on the ASIN, which this person has grabbed?

are you brand registered?

Amazon is a catalog system

Every item has its own asin.

If multiple sellers have the same item then they all list on the same asin.

Hi @Seller_apfLxvS4tGzMV

I want to share some further information to elaborate on @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG's point from our Report Infringement Page:

When a product detail page is created, it becomes a permanent catalog page on Amazon that will remain even if the creator's inventory sells out. Additionally, when you add your copyrighted image to a product detail page, you grant Amazon and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to exercise all rights of publicity over the material.

Other sellers can list their items for sale against pages or copyrighted images that you have used. However, we do require sellers to list only against product detail pages that exactly match their items. If you believe sellers are listing against product detail pages that do not exactly match their items, we ask that you report the violation directly by using the contact us form.

I hope this helps!

-Jim
