I need help. Customer service just keep sending me the same boilerplate responses and I am getting nowhere. They tell me to file a complaint with brand registry. Here is the reponse I get from them: Thank you for your report of infringement. It appears you have reported against your own listing.

That is right! It IS MY LISTING, but I have no access to it.

I have 4 listings right now that have been hijacked by another seller. The other Sellers are NOT selling my product, but they are controlling my listings, which will not allow me to send inventory in to Prime, although I sell via a Merchant account listing as well, and I still have product at Prime (temporarily), but 90% of my product sales are on Prime. All these products have either my branded name printed on them (in the picture of the product), or my listing name or other name under which we do business.

Can someone refer me to someone who can actually help me?
