PLEASE HELP. Seller support says my credit card IS valid and account IS IN GOOD STANDING. I can't add my first product because it says this message. It's been days and days!

I know it says credit or debit, but usually debit cards cause issues. Also, no pre-paid cards

In order to assist you, you will need to create a new case to Seller Support and provide them with the information that they have requested in your cases. To help speed up the process, provide them with a screenshot of the error that you are getting and the information that you are adding to the listing, so they can assist you. Without this information, unfortunately, there is no way to help see what the issue is. If you are still unable to get help from Seller Support after providing this information, please provide your new case ID so I can take a look.
