I am not sure if you remember me. You helped restore 11 of my listings after they were attacked by being put into the gated and unrelated category of collectables and also at the same time sabotaged with uploads of adult related data in a coordinated attack.

Unfortunately two months later 6 of the 11 listings have been attacked again. On the 18th of June our listings were move to the gated and unrelated category of Other Digital Video Download category. Here is the parent ASIN - B0CX98NX8G

We can now no longer sell our own brand registered goods and the listings are also dog pages this time.

We had a real struggle to get help last time from regular support channels. Eventually you said you would look into the issue directly yourself but he is attacking again. I spoke with my Amazon account manager. It seems the edits of the mentioned data above is being done by an Amazon team

Would you kindly help find out who is making these changes to my listings and take action? I know you won't disclose this information to me but I need these attacks to stop.

They are tormenting me, they are very hard to fix and they are having a profound impact on my business and I have no protection from them until the attacker is identified and all his means to attack are removed from him/her.

This is the case to restore my listings category - 17943541111. On the 18th of June I was told the category restoration had been requested and to wait 24 hours however after 4 days it's still not fixed.

I would be grateful if your team can personally look into this and to have somebody contact me again to get the listings restored and importantly identify this culprit while the attack is still fresh.
