How can I change the Item Package Quantity?
I created a product two days ago, I first fill out the general information, the number of product packaging did not fill out. And then when I want to modify the product information today, save can not be, because the number of product packaging there 8541 reported an error, the prompt must be modified to 5, the content of the prompt is roughly the following
8541: The specified “X” value cannot be used because it conflicts with the “ ‘ value of ASIN ’XXXXXXXX” in the Amazon catalog. If you are working with ASIN “XXXXXX”, please update the value to match the ASIN data. If you are operating on a different item, please update the identifying information (UPC/EAN/part number, etc.)
So I changed the number of packages to 5 to be able to save the other modifications, but this is not the actual number of packages for my product, it is actually 1
Now this edit is locked and I can't change it myself, is there any way to change it to 1, this product is not for sale yet!

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've reviewed the details for case 15859794141, and see that it was updated 2 days ago with new information to address your request in which they have removed the requested incorrect submission information for the ASIN.
