Item branded incorrectly, and we can't sell our own UPC/SKU due to it.

I have a few products that this issue is affecting. I have reached out and created cases for. I still don't have a resolution and it is beyond ridiculous.

My company owns the UPC's and we had been solely doing wholesale business. But we have decided to work on retail on Amazon. We have gone through Brand Registry and most of our products have been updated from generic/no brand to our branded catalog. However there are a handful of ASIN's that were Branded, from a wholesale customer, under the incorrect brand name. I can't get Amazon to help. They don't change brand names and told me I need to delete the ASIN. However, since I didn't set it up and Amazon allowed the UPC to be branded by a company not even remotely close to ours, I can't delete it either. I have reported the issue several times, and reported the seller. But I still have no resolution. Has anyone else ever had this type of issue?

Hi there @Seller_FeXi1TOOWhspw

I'd be happy to assist with this! Would you mind sending me your latest case ID so I can investigate? That'll let me know what next steps we need to take to address this properly.
