My seller account has been deactivated

Hi everyone,

I am writing to ask for your help, my account has been deactivated despite my best efforts to provide all the necessary documentation and information requested.

My seller account has been deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Merchant Solutions Agreement.

"We have taken this action because we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities."

I have submitted all the required documents multiple times, made the video call, submitted an invoice, my company details, bank statement, action plan, proof of delivery, and removed the ASIN from the inventory. However, my account remains inactive and Amazon is not accepting my documents. I have already contacted the lawyer who can help me, but they are charging me a lot. Has anyone experienced this and can help me?

Thank you

If your account has been linked to fraud or deception, that means whatever you are presenting as evidence is not sufficient. If you do not have new evidence, then your account will remain deactivated. You are wasting money on a lawyer.

Typically this notification is associated to the verification of you, the store, and your inventories supply chain. This will include invoices which should meet our responsible sourcing requirements, however as they have been rejected please ensure you review our invoices requirements page for more info on why they may have been rejected. If you are listing a branded product, we will likely require a letter of authorization that is issued by the brand or rights owner. If the manufacturer or supplier is issuing this document, it will not be accepted as they cannot authorize you to distribute someone else's product or brand on amazon.

As for the identity portion of the verification, you will need to provide a government issued ID including both sides in color. You will also need a utility bill that verifies the account owners physical address. Please keep in mind that all documentation will need to match the account owners information and address to be verified. If your account information is under a different address than the account owner, you will need to offer supporting verification documentation that this is your warehouse or distribution center.

As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, in these situations if we cannot verify compliance or if the documentation does not meet our requirements, the account will remain deactivated.
