Videos Rejected "This video is in a language that is not the primary language of the intended store." It is in English for United States Store
Hello,
I uploaded 2 videos & both got rejected because of "This video is in a language that is not the primary language of the intended store." I made these videos in English & the videos are for my United States Marketplace. I followed the support team's generic response to send an email to community-help@amazon.com, but I haven't gotten a response for weeks.. Please help.

Hello @Seller_epgONY12KqeHA,
Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've reviewed the details of this issue. The community-help@ is no longer an active email for appeals for video rejections. Please use the path mentioned in the recent article I've written called 🚨[Process Update] - Video Review Appeals🚨to appeal your video rejection. This will send an email to the Community Moderation team where you can discuss your video rejection reason and appeal.
If you have submitted via the method above and haven't heard back in 3-5 business days, please let me know, and I'll look into options for escalation.
Regards,
- Manny

I uploaded 12 videos that were all created from the same template. 2 have been approved and 5 have been rejected because of "language" - ????? how is that possible?
I have one store and the language matches what I put in the video data. There is no speaking in the videos. The text is repeated VERBATIM in each video. The only difference is the product image shown in the first 5 seconds and the background of a slide in the 4 seconds after that.
What kind of insane review process is this?
