I sincerely request Amazon team can help me.

Hello. Dear Amazon team:

I received an email yesterday reminding me that my Amazon sales account in North America has been deactivated.

I am very confused about this:

1. When I registered my account, I only opened the European region, and did not open any other regions. (The accounts in North America and other regions were automatically opened without my knowledge)

2. My Amazon business and products are only applicable to Europe (Germany and France), so I don’t need accounts in other regions.

3. Now I don’t know what caused my North American site to be deactivated, and I am very worried about affecting my European account and business.

4. Since my products are only applicable to a small number of customers in Germany and France, in order to avoid further impact on my account, I set all regions except Germany to holiday mode yesterday.

Therefore, I sincerely request that your team can help me: close and cancel accounts in other regions except Europe. I only want to conduct my business in Europe(Germany).

Here is the seller forum and you are not talking to Amazon.

The accounts in North America and other regions were automatically opened without my knowledge

That's not possible. The system doesn't do anything without you clicking the corresponding button in the settings.

I am very worried about affecting my European account

Yes, that's indeed the risk now.

I sincerely request that your team can help me: close and cancel accounts in other regions except Europe.

Amazon can not do this for you, you have to do it yourself.

Do you have NOW inventory in an Amazon warehouse anywhere or already sent?

Also, please provided and seller support case IDs. I would like to review and escalate on your behalf.
