Running PEDs at the same time as Lightning Deals? Is there a downside or upside?
I have a question about running PEDs at the same time as Lightning Deals.
During the BFCM T12 period we are going to be running PEDs on our SKUs per usual, but have the availability to run some Lightning Deals on certain SKUs during this exact same time period. We have not done this before. Has anyone experienced a suppression issue if these two types of offers are running simultaneously for customers, or any other results that have taken place?
We have run Lightning Deals and Best Deals on their own, entirely separate from PEDs, so, just wondering if anyone has seen negative side effects if these two triggers (PEDs and Lightning Deals) activate simultaneously.

Because Prime Exclusive Deals and Lightening Deals have different target audiences, you cannot run a Prime Exclusive Deal simultaneously with a Lightning Deal. The discount for the Prime Exclusive Deal will automatically deactivate a short time before the Lightning Deal starts and reactivate after it ends, meaning you can only run one promotion at a time on the same product.
