Change a listing to use Amazon Prep Service
We have a product that is consistently arriving damaged and I would like to change it to be bubble wrapped by Amazon.
Is it possible to change from no prep to Amazon Prep Service after Amazon has received the products? I can't seem to find a way in the listing or inventory sections, and haven't found an answer here in the discussions.

Nope. Once it's at FBA without prepping services request it cannot be changed. You'd need to do a removal order and then send them back in as Amazon preps.
Or you can have an outside company prep the products for you. You may actually want/need more than bubble wrapping. We sell glass items and we bubble wrap and then box each unit. We feel this has less damage than just bubble wrap.
