Hello,
I received a charge back from the customer who was false because we shipped the order on time and the buyer recived it on time with signature confirmation. I provided all the information on first charge back and its close in my favor and then buyer again open the charge back and amazon refund the customer from my account this is not fair. Why amazon is not protecting us. This is huge amount. Please help. Let me know what information I can provide.

I understand that you have received a chargeback claim whereby it was re-disputed and your account was debited for the order. In this case, I would suggest opening a case with our Support team for troubleshooting and guidance. If you have already opened a case and still require assistance, please feel free to provide the related case ID number to this thread and I can review the correspondence already provided.
Please note that if you feel that you were debited for a chargeback in error, reply to the email that was sent to your email address on file regarding the chargeback. We will review your dispute. However, in the majority of cases, the issuing bank's decision is final and there is no recourse to appeal that decision.

I have had several of these lately. I opened a case and it was transferred and then I received a cut and paste response that I was responsible. I opened another case and at this point it appears it was closed in my favor.......Keep opening cases until you get a competent rep.
