USPS Shipping label refund rejected but the postage was not used
This was an international order, so not cheap postage. I decided to use DHL instead of USPS to avoid potential delays with customs.
I just got a notice from Amazon that the USPS refund was rejected because "The item is in the mailstream."
That's not possible, the label was not used and was never scanned.
Unfortunately, I don't see a way to appeal the decision and I can't even see the tracking number for the USPS label now to determine why USPS believes it's in the mailstream. I've never had a USPS refund rejected by Endicia/Stamps.com in 20+ years of purchasing shipping labels.
I can see the DHL tracking which shows the package was delivered.

Did your label get added to a SCAN Form somehow? If it did then is is used since every label on the form is considered as delivered to the PO.

Hi @Seller_ukAq5rd7Nh7f1,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help with this! Did you create a case with Seller Support about this? If so can you please provide me with the case ID? I would like to do some additional research.
Best,
Dominic
