FBA fees on returns
Hey!
Has anyone noticed that there are FBA charges for products that sell, but when a product is returned we absorb the entire cost and never get reimbursed from Amazon for their fees? So if the product is allowed to be sold again, Amazon will now receive two fees from this product and we are now eating even more of a loss. Is there anyway this can be corrected? Also, we eat the cost of giving the customer more money back than what we made because Amazon does not return the FBA fee for the product.

Well, if you shipped out FBM, and the customer returns the item, you wouldn't be receiving back the outbound FBM shipping cost to the customer either.
Same thing if you did FBM. You would have two outbound shipping charges if you resold the item that was returned.
