Amazon Not Recognizing Address & Identity Verification

Hello,

For identity verification, I have completed the video call and was verified.

For address verification, I have received the post card, input the code, and was verified.

However, when I login to my seller account, it tells me "Your selling privileges are on hold until your account is verified."

I then click on "Provide the required information."

From there I click "Click here to complete your identity verification" and it says, "Video verification has been completed now. Over-all verification will be completed within 72 business hours. We may reach out to you for further clarifications if needed."

I completed this video call more than 3 weeks ago.

When I click on "Click here to complete your address verification" it says, "Address Verified Successfully"

Both items are complete and verified, yet my account remains on hold because these items are not verified. It does not make sense.

I have reached out to customer service and they simply send back a copy pasted message saying they cannot help me because my issue does not fall into a certain category.

Please, what do I need to do to proceed?
