OK so orders after 2 pm standard cut off are still requiring next day shipping. It seems as if the cut off is using the calendar day and not the cut off time. Is anyone else experiencing this.

Its only really an issue for one set of products but I need to figure out how to fix this as I don't want to go 2 day handling as it will push my delivery date and possibly effect buy box.

Any ideas on this. I've contacted CS and they hit a dead end also.

example 2/14 order 8:21 PM ship by 2-15 with 1 day handling, "Standard" shipping, I would expect its one day of active business ie 2/15 is the handling day with 2/16 ship by day. Am I looking at this wrong?

ALSO its a ground required item Hazmat. I Only have USPS ground or UPS ground as options in that shipping template. all orders are estimated on USPS ground advantage for delivery time. Amazon still forces into Priority shipping on some orders and will not allow ground options. Most of those pushed to priority on USPS ground advantage will arrive on time. However if there after 2 pm and before midnight some out west or remote places won't make it 2 day as Amazon it seems is counting order day even though its after cut off time.

Any ideas help is appreciated
