New Seller Account Attached to Old Buyer Account
Hi All,
I have started a new seller account and somehow it was attached to my old buyers account. Email log on and password, ect... I tried changing the log on and password but both accounts are coupled together and both accounts were changed. Amazon help bots are a waste of time. I do not have the option of a call now request since I am now setup as an Individual Seller. I have sent multiple "help" requests with zero real assistance. This seems to be a very easy fix on Amazon's part, just can't get to someone that can fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions? HELP!!!!

Seller accounts always have an associated buyer account. Whatever you do, do not close your buyer account or you'll lose access to your seller account.
