Errors on BOGO Promotion - Please assist
We are running a BOGO and have successfully set it up, however, it seems like it is running with issues.
1. Customers are getting charged for the free BOGO item.
2. When I test the check out, the BOGO item, and the other item that qualified them for the BOGO deal are being discounted like a deal instead of being offered a promo. Is the deal interrupting the BOGO offer? We cannot find any deals that are active.
3. The BOGO promotion stats are not adding up in terms of orders. Amazon claims 8 people have accepted the BOGO offer, but we do not have 8 orders including the free BOGO item. If shoppers click the add to cart button, but do not purchase, if that throwing numbers off?
4. Any ideas for how to handle people who did not add the free item to their cart/red the rules? I fear that this is happening and its only a matter of time before people complain.

Thanks for the post here. These discounts are not seen until checkout. As the customer adds both products in the cart, they will be able to see the discount during final checkout. Can you please double check your promotion to see if it is being applied as a discount or prime discount in the checkout process? This discount will equal the amount of your free item.
